Nechemya Kind

Chairman of the board

In the years 2005-2020 he served in a variety of positions as Senior Deputy Accountant General in the Ministry of Finance, including Director of the Social Ministries Division, Director of the Infrastructure and Projects Division and Accountant of the Ministry of Energy and Water. Currently Deputy CEO of Rapac Communication & Infrastructure ltd. He also served as a director and chairman of the Finance Committee at Levinsky College of Education and at The Academic College at Wingate. He holds a master's degree in business administration with honors, specializing in finance and marketing from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yossi Ben shalom

Member of the Board of Directors

A partner and manager at DBSI, a family holding company of the Dotan family and the Ben Shalom family which includes a number of companies such as Taldor, Rada Electronics Industries, Shagrir, C2G, Eldan Cargo and Matzman-Merutz. In the past, Yossi served as CFO of Koor Industries and as CFO of Tadiran. He has also served as a director of several companies, including: Makhteshim Agan, Investec Bank, M-SYSTEMS and NICE, and as active chairman of SCOPUS, American Express, Europcar, Pointer and Symtron.

Reuven Kaplan

Reuven has over 25 years of management experience, with more than a decade in the financial industry. He served as CEO of Psagot, The Largest asset manager in Israel . He also served as chairman of Psagot Mutual Funds, as chairman of Psagot Securities, and as director at Psagot Provident and Pension. Before Psagot, Reuven served as CEO of Amidar (Israel’s state-owned housing company), as deputy CEO of Clal Insurance and as CEO of Clal Health. Mr Kaplan holds an MBA degree from the Hebrew University.

Amir Lazar

Amir Lazar has extensive managerial and business experience. He served at Bank Leumi as a manager of business branches, a commercial district manager, and the head of Leumi Mortgage Bank.

Michal Edri

Michal has held various positions in the public sector and the third sector, where she gained extensive and comprehensive experience in different fields. Among her roles, she served as an advisor to two Directors-General at the Prime Minister's Office and currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Second Authority for Television and Radio. She also worked as a lawyer in the legal departments of the Israel Police and the Ministry of Tourism. Attorney's Officeand experience in the third sector, acquired through her work at the Hebrew University and the "Maoz" organization. She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Law from the Hebrew University and is a qualified attorney.

Alon founded Effective Group, a financial management and investment company, where he serves as co-CEO and owner. He has 20 years of experience in financial and business management in private companies across various sectors. He served as a business partner and private investor in private companies. He currently serves as a director in more than 10 private companies. He has worked closely with private company owners, supporting business decisions, and has extensive experience managing finance departments and understanding financial reports. Alon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Haifa, and an MA in Business Administration from Boston University and Ben-Gurion University
