Born in 1978, married to Meni, and mother of Boaz, David, and Amos, living in Moshav Nitzanei Oz. She is gradually and bravely starting to ride . Before starting her role at Bartali, Ricky worked as a Partner Account Manager at the Rashi Foundation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Tel Aviv University, completed a year of service on behalf of the Jewish Agency, during which she worked with the Jewish community in North America and with the Tzofim (Israeli Scouts) Tzabar leadership. Upon returning to Israel, she primarily worked in the field of non-formal education as a commune guide for the "Garin Oded" within the Bnei HaMoshavim movement and as the Director of the College and Post-College Department at Young Judaea. She enjoys refurbishing furniture, hiking, and especially animals.
